There are students at the mid point of their college studies who remain unsure of what degree they will pursue. At Marie Associates, we help your college student identify their career inclinations and educational interests.

Ms Marie carefully reviews the course work students have taken in the freshman and sophomore year of college. Interest inventories and personal interviews help the college student identify viable career paths. Suggestions for summer internships, co-ops and selection of the remaining college courses through to graduation purposefully move the student toward college graduation and employment.

At the conclusion of three to four meetings, student and advisor have identified the personal goals that lead to a successful educational experience during the undergraduate years of college.

"I occasionally tour college campuses with a tour guide who is not sure of their intended major. I find this perfectly acceptable if they are freshmen or sophomores. But sometimes, the tour guide is a junior. This can quickly lead to additional costly semesters prior to graduation. Students who focus early through educational planning can graduate in four years. It can be every family's goal."
